When you pay a website design company by the hour for a project, you are virtually ensuring that they will delay finishing the project as long as possible, possibly even spending hours (or at least claiming they spent hours) on something that may in reality only take them five or ten minutes to do. What is to guarantee that they are actually working on your project and not something else while claiming time on your project?

When we work on a new website design or redesign project, we do not charge our clients by the hour but instead we charge by the project.

There are some services in which we have no choice but to charge by the hour on such as search engine optimization, marketing, and maintenance for clients without a maintenance package. However for those services in which we do need to charge by the hour on, we will send out a detailed assessment of the service provided with the bill.
