What is a Website Maintenance plan?

Answer:
Just like it sounds a Website Maintenance plan is maintenance on your website.  It's reassurance that everything is running right with your site and that someone will be there to make changes when needed.  Whether it is an update to your website such as a new product or service, Repairing a coding error that may have occurred over time or  fixing a broken link.

Question:

Is it expensive?
Answer:
Not through our Maintenance plans.  Our plans start at $25 per month for 2 hours and can be customised for you if you feel you will need more maintenance than 2 hours per month.

Is a contract Required

Answer:
Yes.  We require a 12 month contract on all maintenance plans due to the discounts you receive.

Can I still have Maintenance done if I opt not to purchase a maintenance plan?

Answer:
Yes.  We can still do Maintenance on your site without a maintenance plan.  We charge $40 per hour charged at half hour intervals.

Do I really need a maintenance plan?

Answer:
It's advised especially if you plan to add more products to your site in the future.  Also if your site has a lot of coding and uses programs you aren't familiar with such as a "live help module" or a "Form Processor" you will have a higher chance of coding errors down the road after prolonged use.  A Maintenance plan can save you both time and money not to mention a head ache.

What if I know I will exceed the hourly limit in advance for a specific month.

Answer:
Not a problem, just contact us in advance and let us know what your plans are going to be for that month and we will asses what we can do to help you.  (example: If you haven't had any maintenance done for anything recently we will take that into consideration before quoting you any extra costs needed)
